Somehow i think the dimensity 7000 will be targeted at snapdragon 888++
Or about 900.000 antutu score
About 10% lower than dimensity 9000

And do you know that since 90% of mtk chips are mid range and budget thier stable. And even thier upper midrange dimensity 1200 is very stable.

they can not compete with the 898 or as they call it 8 gen 1 chip

when this processor become popular someday.. still brands like Nokia, motorola, HTC oppo etc keep use old G35 G80 for $300.

Mediatek uses whitelists to perform better in benchmarks, in reality this processor is going to fall behind 870 in gaming and other tasks

Qualcomm gotta launch an upgraded SD870, let's call it SD875, based on TSMC 5nm process.
They can clock it higher and still maintain some efficiency that way.
No need to incorporate the "heater" X1 or X2 cores, let the flagship chip (SD8G1) takes care of that.
