Even my old galaxy S3 had this problem. But didn't feel that much on Xperia Z ultra. (Without filter)
Even E4 panel only promises around 20% less blue light or was it eye strain. I don't know how much that is.
I chose iqoo over Mi 11x E4 panel.
Only time I hate lcd is when I have 16:9 type old videos , I can't ignore screen lighting on sides.
Other than that it's hard to tell which one is lcd or led.
I hope Led keeps improving with E5 , E6 panels and One day we can have screens that can improve eye sight.

It's good for you that you can't sense it, but there are many people who are uncomfortable with it. And by the way, not everyone sees the reason to buy a $700 smartphone, nowadays the more expensive the phone, the lesser the features, maybe except the camera, IMHO.

LOL go use a high end 2021 flagship phone or even a Budget flagship with say E4 amoled panel.

There is a reason all flagships come with oled. Manufacturers don't want to touch lcd with a ten foot pole. In today's market, lcd screen is reserved only on the cheapest phones.

All you proved was that you have zero experience with modern high end oled panels.
You can continue to use your lcd screen on your budget 100$-200$ device.

Although not OLED's are the same, just as LCD, and I'll better have a good LCD than a mediocre OLED.

But after buying iqoo Z5 , i noticed huge difference in just 2 months. Even when I use it on higher brightness bcz it's colours are to my liking.

You want top of the line old tech and pay 150-300$ for it? Not gonna happen!

Very wrong of you to judge all modern oled panels and bash them for non existent problems that only happen on the most budget oled panels.

Not all Oled's are the same. For example the A or M series display has a low frequency PWM. And by the way, I also prefer LCD over Oled.

Considering 5G in india is nothing more than 4G+ with NSA.

This is offer only mild improvements to the speed while costing huge battery life.

Even 26Ghz is not ultilised, instead only a 3.5Ghz is utilised.
