Samsung sony phones have power settings which you have 4 options too chose so it doesn't throttle. Don't complain and nag, I use power saver mode I get no throttling, but on standard or enhanced mode it drains battery a d heats up, but justify the more power.
The Sony Pro uses the most expensive copper cooling.

It uses liquid nitrogen or there are 3 other options to use, depending on the cost .you can't be that clueless?
Fans are cheap rubbish junk. Some use stainless steel blades on fan majority use plastic, since stainless and titanium are expensive.

The comments are a warzone so I'm just gonna give my opinion of the name instead of joining in the 'funny hot cpu haha' sh*tfest happening.
I think the Gx could stand for a few things obviously, the article stating the G could stand for higher GPU clocks is one, and the x meaning high-end.
I think it COULD possibly mean 'Gaming' though, and the Gx could be a gaming chipset aimed for high-end gaming phones.
Actually, I have a few predictions for the naming they might be using:
- Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, possibly for upper mid-range devices
- Snapdragon 8x Gen 1, for flagship devices
- Snapdragon 8G Gen 1, for higher GPU clock for gaming oriented devices
- Snapdragon 8Gx Gen 1, for higher GPU clock for high-end / flagship gaming devices
These were just made from the top of my head so I'm not sure if this will be the actual naming for the chipsets, but I won't be surprised if it actually turns out to be true.
Wouldn't be surprised if they do similar naming for the 7, 6 and 4 series in the future too.

All the new phones with the 888 use multiple cooling systems too disperse it but only the Lenovo Legion Duel 2 seems to be able to reduce it so much by turning the entire back of the phone into a multi cooling system which draws a lot of power. Others bundle up super cooling fans that can reach -1°C.

Mu S21ultra 16gb ram is rooted with Custom Rom and kernels with upgraded voltage threshold and cpu governor's and I have now 3 options too have all 8 cores active at higher threshold having the cpu all 8 cores idol's at 80%

With the soon to be released Qualcomm snapdragon 898 chip which will be succeed the 888 chip, my hope is that the 898 will not have the throttling and heat issues the 888 suffers from. If the 898 chip can have those 2 problems eliminated then it'll be a great chip even if it's benchmarks only matches the 888 since the 888 benchmarks are pretty good. So my hope is that Qualcomm focused more on the 898 not having those 2 problems of the 888 over having higher benchmarks than the 888.
