But what happens in those jurisdictions shouldn't affect the Court ruling in the US. The judge ruled according to US laws and its either that US laws are inadequate in protecting competition or the judge made a wrong ruling (which can be appealed) that allows Apple to keep engaging in anti-competition behaviour.

Anonymous, 02 Dec 2021This Epic Games should be sue for lawsuit joyride. It'... moreThat is what they're suing over, numbnuts. The right to make their own app store like on Windows.

Epic Games company hasn't even sued Google company yet, for deleting fortnite from android playstore.
                          What a sad single fighter.

(btw i dont like playing fortnite. Im a moba player)

Right. Apple is mostly owned by US citizens and Epic Games is only 51% and 49% owned by Tencent (China).
Again, it's not right remove a game from any platform.

But I think it's alright to charge a 30% 'Premium' to Tencent. If you don't get it, this whole thing is a mess caused by the Chinese Government. They can force Tencent to setup a lawsuit which will damage Apple (seemingly badly as haters would say). And being a major shareholder, they have the ability.

Is Google play any much cheaper then?
You expect Apple to provide you App Store services, developer toolkits,

Anonymous, 02 Dec 2021Because different jurisdictions have different competition ... moreYes and thank God for that because then Apple cannot be protected like they are in the US.

Man I hope Apple gets a big slap this time - not just a fine of a couple of million dollars but billions.

If Epic wins it can open up for more companies suing Apple which would be awesome.

I own a iPhone 13 Pro Max btw but I don't like what APple are doing.

Anonymous, 02 Dec 2021Because different jurisdictions have different competition ... moreso if the us "justice" system was behind apple and every other country was against them, they've to comply with everyone except their biggest market?
assuming apple didn't pay off the judge in the us, can they change their mind about the final verdict when every other country is against ?

Epic took a massive L making this game . They really went from Unreal tournament, Gears of War and bulletstorm to this awful game... However they must've made big £££££ from all the microtransactions

Anti-competition behaviour that is legal in the US may not be legal in other jurisdictions such as Australia.

This Epic Games should be sue for lawsuit joyride. It's getting annoying to be honest. Why they (Epic Games) just make they own App Store for god sake 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
