really curious why do they need to have this law suit in multiple countries? why can't they just make it as a global thing without this bs and waste everyone's time.

Good thing, authoroties finally waking up and investigating that anti-competitive behaviour of Apple. The EU has recently stated that Apple needs to allow others to use their NFC-Chip as it is against the law to ban others from using it.
