You won't feel the need.All phone speakers suck nevertheless, especially iPhones because of the strong -25dB dip @500Hz and above 15 kHz, can't you see that on the spectrogram (and hear)? They got the worst linearity of them all. That fake bass won't make up for it, the asus plays more flat and natural at least and reaches lower, for what it's worth.

Kind of surprised the Xperia 1 iii with Dolby Atmos isn't mentioned here. That reality audio is scary cool and the quality of front-facing stereo speakers should at least be honorably mentioned...

Loudness and best phone speakers is not the whole story. Sound quality, clear, crisp, bass etc all those things together are more important than loudness alone. All the phones i've heard, the 13 Pro Max has the best all around speakers.

Try to direct the phone speaker to different surfaces to actually improve the loudness and quality like a music instrument

When xiaomi, samsung and apple had mono speaker, ppl used to say " Who's gonna use tiny phone speaker? Go get bluetooth speaker instead".
Now same ppl praise...
