junk makers like boe and visionox can't supply screens to apple at this point because their products lacks quality,samsung should be the primary supplier and lg will fill the rest

Even as a non-Apple fan, I find this pretty bad. I wonder how that 3D facial recognition is going to go with this setup.

By ditching the Notch they lose product differentiation.
You won't be able to tell by looking at the front panel, if it's iPhone or any other phone nowadays.
Ugly notch yes, but it gave the iPhone the character of the "Iphone"

If people hated it so horribly much, Apple wouldn't be selling hundreds of millions of phones each year. So, clearly people don't care. It was an educated assumption from my end. It isn't because SOME people don't use a feature that it should be removed, there are many who DO use it.
There is NO choosing between 3D face recognition and fingerprint scanner, this is stupid, Huawei understood that and made their phones with both.
Exactly like the 3.5mm Jack and the SD card, better have a feature that you won't use but that is available for all those who want, than to put stupid limitations because some haters refuse that things they won't use exist on their phones.

I'm using iPhone with a notch for 3rd year now and I just plain don't care. Status icons are in its horns which means I have more of actually usable display. Why would I complain? Also I love FaceID.

The biggest issue with under screen front cams right now is image clarity, Face ID sensors doesn't necessarily rely on the kind of camera optics of front cams and thus might be able to go under display much like how proximity and ambient light sensors went under display a few years back.
