Samsung's features re well better than Apple Iphone.. Thr're many reasons to prove that Samsung's better than Apple Iphone..!!!!!

If you look into what apple uses to create their phones, you would notice that the only thing apple makes is the software. iphones are more expensive because they have to buy everything from lg, samsung(chips), htc ect. then they rebrand it with an apple logo. hence why the other designers phones are cheaper...they make all their own products. Android, windows, and even blackberry are going to bury apple because apple cant improve any more on their product because they doing make anything but software. The hard truth is that while apple makes a solid device and backs it up with an awesome warranty, They are not going to survive in the smartphone race.

All this hullabaloo is counter-inventive and counter-intuitive. I would rather see companies racing with technologies rather than rambling about in court - e.g. By the time the other company copies it the original company is already ahead with newer tech. It's like watching two race car drivers stop and waste their time shouting at each other. Companies will be too careful to innovate afraid they'd be unknowingly infringing on other's patents. In the end, we consumers lose out on potential technological advancements.

I don't think Velvin Hogan used to work for Seagate, but rather Samsung Electronics. It is the Samsung HDD business that was acquired by Seagate in 2011 and not the other way round.

The complexity of these cases and the colossal, monumental failure that is known as patent law should never be decided upon by a jury.
As for the jury thing. The guy that Samsung accused of rigging, owns a few patents and knows more than the average person. Its like you have a jury trial and later your find out that one of the jurors is a lawyer. This person will be basically leading the charge, and answer everyone's questions about the patent process. Again why the jury system in its entirety needs to be thrown out.
