Instead of banning samsung products in usa if apple were able to ban Samsung Galaxy Ace in India 1.5 years before, then it will become huge loss for samsung because Galaxy Ace sold like hot cakes in India & it looks same as iPhone in respects to Shape, Size, etc.

Isn't every US jury biased towards Apple? Every member of the jury owns a MacBook, an iPad and an iPhone... and maybe a Samsung fridge. How is that not biased already??

Truth is, its an open secret that Samsung copycatted their way to the top, even before copying Apple. It just gets technical in the courts. Samsung have certainly learnt a painful lesson, and now at least they know the consequences.

Ever since this war began I've hated both Apple and Samsung for wasting their creative energy on dirty corporate politics.
Nokia and RIM may not be market leaders anymore, but at least they're using their time to better innovation instead of fighting it out..

You should read this way:
Apple lost the injunction case, no more ammo,
and Samsung can proceed to an appeal court for a professional judgement,
and Judge Koh really don't want this case.

After this, Apple rightfully patented their products to defend themselves against future lawsuits. So maybe you want to give Creative a bit of blame in this regard.

1. It is an admission that Apple is right in the case that the previous products DID look like Apple products
2. S3 and Note 2 no longer looking like Apple products is what Apple wanted all along. They don't care if it is better or not, just stop copying.

Apple has used up all their ammo.. S3 and Note 2 no longer look like any apple products... and is having more features and better battery life then iphone.
With iphone 5 .. apple is starting to loose grip compared to android. No wonder steve wants google down...
