Xiaomi 12 renders surface, hint at a relatively small 6.2" display

That is small relative to the 6.81" slab that was the Mi 11.

        Maybe the vanilla 12 will have a 6.2" screen while the Pro 12 and the Ultra 12 will have a larger screen, but that's just my guess. But $920 in India for the vanilla 12? That's a lot.

          I prefer samsung's signature design with triple vertical camera lens.

            The camera island looks simple just like mi10T series. Looks elegant and unisex for users. Neat.

              Looks promising. I think if the price maintains the same pricing as the predecessor (3,999rmb for the base model) it would be a fair price as the upgrades aren't likely to be too major. Anything more than that and I think last year's Xiaomi 11 pro might be a better deal considering it is now selling at 3,699rmb (at least for a limited time)

                Even of it does...the price will come down after a couple of months. Android phones are priced high initially on launch to cash in on hype and initial demand but after a couple or three months they come down to reasonable prices. The price the phone actually deserves.

                So people who want to buy this but put off by the launch price...wait for a couple of months after launch, to buy it.

                                    Cool. Gonna be a nice update over my Mi9T Pro. Wished it had a flat display tho, so maybe I'll consider S21FE or S22 or S22+. Something under 160mm.
