Did you see the sample picture of that phone??? Very bad quality! The picture is not clear and it's purple!!! 8mpx phone, this must surely be very slow and battery consuming along with flash! Don't forget about the Samsung B600 10 Megapixel phone! Bad quality as well! Hey people out there, you must never be impressed with the mega pixels. BET ON QUALITY NOT ON QUANTITY!

Who supplied those appalling images? I cannot believe they are from Sony Ericsson. I have owned a K800i (now using an Nokia N95 8G) and both phones produce superb images. These examples from the C905 are worse than even some first generation mobiles of many years ago. This is no way to get people excited and seems utterly pointless or perhaps a fraudulent attempt to discredit the C905 by a competitor. GSM Arena, why do you allow these to be published? I'm willing to bet the real images from the C905 will be excellent assuming they are using a decent sensor to make up for the large pixel count. I have owned several Sony digicams and if they want to compete with Noka (N82 has best camera of any phone in the world), I am confident the C905 will rock.

The p... morenobody can copy carl zeiss because nokia has made a deal with them(and not for i don't knmow 2,3,4 years, NO, they made a deal for 25!! years!!) and now nobody can use carl zeiss optics in their mobile phones!! so i guess that nokia is scared of other brands!

Seems mouth watering to any gadget freak or hardcore SE fans. But the confusion is that when you download the picture and check for the summary it says the camera model as Q440i. Is that some kinda Cybershot camera model as I doubt or is the C905 code named as Q440i..????

again it has been proven that Sony Ericsson can really make such a huge impact. The SHIHO thread had already 400 plus posts. While the bunch of nokia phone forum(e.g. N85, 79 & 6260) got 94.

Guys the MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT is not who copies who. The point is WHO CAPTURES MOST THE RECEIVING END. Once upon a time some guy invented a handheld 4ne. SomeONE also invented a CAMERA. Then once upon a time another guy invented a RADIO, then a MUSIC SYSTEM. QUESTION? Can NOKIA, SONY ERICSSON, MOTOROLA or SAMSUNG claim rightful ownership on radio, camera or video- or have the inventers of these systems ever come out to sue the 4ne makers?. Likewise I believe every 4ne maker has righ 2 copy either slide tech, flap, Xenon, Carl Zeiss,or whichever tech development & adjust it according to his or her liking.

you all nokia fans call 8mp phone a marketing gimick.
you tell me who stgrted this silly feature list warr like carl zis optics (only branding no signifant improvment).the un necessary 5mp cam (nokia takes ages to process them before another snap).
THE STUPID LIST IS ENDLESS.
NOW SE ARE GIVING NOKIA A TASTE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE.

This phone will hit the market at around the 300 to 400 mark if on contract no dowt it will be free on sertan contracts probs the 50 to 60 contracts or more depending on provider. v nice phone would like to get my hands on one wounder when the next one will be to upgrade on the c905 and to have more fetures
