No Moto G 5G Plus with SD765??? Damn....

Winlee, 22 Dec 2021Yeah I don't understand why people keep complaining ab... moreAgreed. Samsung only changes the UI since the Note 4 was released. If there is no new hardware in the device, there's never anything new in the software. I can achieve literally the exact same things with my Note 20 Ultra like I could with the Note 4. Actually, I the Note 20 Ultra has fewer options because they got eventually removed and new features weren't really important, they are just improving the experience (better cameras, faster refresh rate, etc.).

Winlee, 22 Dec 2021Yeah I don't understand why people keep complaining ab... moreIt's not about the UI, but the software APIs in the background. If you're stuck on an old OS version, apps stop working when they are updated. All too often you're not just stuck with the old app, but it is disabled.

Worse still is the lack of security updates, leaving your phone vulnerable to malware.

                      Moto One Fusion +

Launched in 2020 with Android 10, hasn't even got Android 11 and is not even eligible for Android 12.

                      Pathetic!!

A moron company which only updates the absolute latest releases.

Motorola only promised one Android upgrades for all their phones. Anything else is just a lucky coincidence or exception. Should e thought about that before buying Motorola phones.

Motorola Edge (2020) is not on the list. 700$ phone with only one OS update?! This is unacceptable.

Heck my iphone 6s and 6s plus are updated to the latest ios 15.2, that's why all my banking apps are on my iphones. Google, even with their own pixel phones couldn't even promise 5 years of updates. What more these oem's that use andoid as their os?

ArxMaverick, 22 Dec 2021So my phone is eligible for Android 12 but I've not ev... moreDon't get a Motorola if you care about updates, period. Same with other non-major manufacturers. Seriously, this has been going on forever and yet people still go buy a random phone and then complain about slow updates on the web. Get a Samsung or an iPhone if you want monthly updates.

                                        *Samsung, using Smart Switch
*Xiaomi, using a backup thing they have
*Huawei, again using their backup tool
                                        *LG, using LG Bridge
*Sony, using the Xperia Companion tool.

I literally dont know if BBK devices offer such tools. Same goes for Motorola and the other smaller companies.
I can say for sure HMD doesnt offers one, and they are the ones sending broken updates the most.
