I deleted/disabled/uninstalled all unwanted/apps/notifications on day 1 and as a result never had any of those annoying ads/notifications ever.

Try formatting your phone and unselect "all" the services provided by Vivo thereby selecting only and only Google services. When installed, do not give any permissions to any unknown app and disable their notifications one by one or just uninstall if possible. I had not given the global search and Jovi assistant permissions for months. I don't see a single useless notification now. Ofcourse we users shouldn't go through this but we chose this phone......I didn't even use ADB to clean my device further. I bet it will be even better then. Except for this software experience, I love this device. Miles better than my Samsung M31 - the lag king, never opened the recent apps screen without dropping frames.

I use an iQOO 7 phone. Love the phone so far as its a lot smoother and bug free than MIUI but bloody hell I never had ads on MIUI but there are plenty on the iQOO. Maybe there is a way to disable it but people who only blame MIUI but ignore other ROMs are doing a disservice.
