While this fruit company's lickers will use "LoNgEr SoFtWaRe SuPpOrT" point when having arguements against android. What the point have a longer support when the biggest reasons to having update which is better security patches is not given anymore just after a year lmao

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2022Meanwhile Google still supports Android 8Just as well, given how poor upgrade availability is on android phones.

Anonymous, 20 Jan 2022Why wouldn't you update? It's kinda the whole poi... moreMaybe because Apple's proven history of losing lawsuits for their strategic obsolescence by slowing down older devices to force people to upgrade to newer devices. And when their users finally showed some level of IQ by not updating with 15 being the slowest adopted version of iOS, they are dictating them to update in typical Apple dictatorship fashion.

Why wouldn't you update? It's kinda the whole point of iOS. Updates that are delivered for long term and in timely fashion without seeding and waiting depending on model or region. If you're still eligible for updates, you get it the moment everyone else do.

I understand people who don't want to jump to initial release of major update right away and wait for it to mature and get fixed, but iOS 15.2.1 is there. It works great and has quite few really neat goodies.
