The only thing noteworthy here is their shameless copying of Apple phones. They ruined their own line up by taking out features that made their phone unique opposed to their i-rival.

Some OEMs provide a pin less tray that can be opened with finger. But if you are not changing the sim frequently then having a pin hole protected tray is more reliable.

I really hope next year S23+ has the same camerasetup as the Ultra, but smaller and with no Note pen... Note pen is a waste of space and I rather have a bit smaller phone instead.

If it has a pin hole, I’m keeping my Note 9, that still does the job. Notification LED, 3.5mm jack, no notch or pin hole. Still fast. Only neg, no wide angle camera.
Or will wait for Fold 4 and hope the outer screen works with S-Pen, for single handed note taking, then use unfolded screen for sketching etc.

A missed opportunity to not call it the S22 Note, the Note moniker speaks for itself. What does Ultra add in a name? Bigger and better than a +? But that's just my opinion.
