I recommended my colleague to avoid Huawei because he won't be able to use apps he used regularly. Of course he bought Huawei and now complains how he cannot get some apps on it. 😂

Here in Colombia 🇨🇴 the pre order has also started, yesterday., only for the P50 Pro. Pretty expensive for a device without Google services

Bulgaria is known for being one of the countries in irreparable debt to China, so I am not surprised that the number 1 state run tech company makes a limited "release" of a product there. I expect to see a lot of happy online reviews of this glorious product.

Huawei phones are the best right now. I had all the brands, Lg, Samsuck, Asus, Sony, Apple, but neither one impressed me so much as Huawei. Their EMUI is so smooth (like ios) and their support is amazing. Also they constantly offer new features through updates (for example P9 which is from 2016 will received update to Harmony OS this year). Another thing I like is that they offer parts for replecement (like a new original battery) at reasonable prices (20 euro with free shipping and all taxes included). They even offer replacement batteries to phones older than 6 years which is crazy. Yes google services are a problem for some apps but they managed to reduce the impact with the app Gspace (it simulates google services on your phone). Almost 99% of the apps that do not work natively work with Gspace. Also one big avantage of huawei phones is that they go cheaper in a couple of months, so you can get a flagship phone (the phones with the best cameras right now) for almost the prices of a midrange (I bought my P40 Pro for only 450 euro which is a bargain for what this phone offers). If you are interested in Huawei don't be afraid to switch, I think you will love their phones.

However I am honest when I'm selling Huawei products. I just say they have their own app store but you can't get every app on there i.e some banking apps on the play store aren't on app gallery. If you're dealing with a tech person can always mention side loading and downloading apk

Huawei is pretty much dead on Global market, only people who got fooled by salesman buying them, salesman always telling a lies about how much lack of Google services is not a big problem.

Some people here are terrible businessmen. If you lower the release price due to google services you lower the brands value to the general consumer. They have nothing to prove anymore. It's the same reason Samsung sells the same phone with slight tweaks at the same price but then discounts it. The same will happen until they have their own ecosystem like Apple and maybe apply to have Google apps in App Gallery which you can install if they ever get a reprival there

Seems bold, or perhaps foolish, to price these considerably above the competition in the form of the Samsung Flip 3...with better resale value,Google services and longer update period...how many of these can they sell?
