Which makes it more insulting.I think what is everybody is saying is that Redmi have used a lot of 5g soc that is more fitting for the moniker "pro 5g" (dimensity 920, 1100) and a 778 for those sd fan boys.

G96 just has 5 to 15 percent difference to the 732g, but failed in the power consumption, (12mm vs 8mm), they should not release the 4g model if they are just putting this kind of Soc. In my opinion, they should have stick to Sd695 to non pro version and a sd778 to the pro version. Then just put whatever soc they want to the vanilla redmi 11 series, so they could satisfy those who dont want 5g, win-win

Why not 780g or 778? Or even and 860 . Redmi note series deserves a more powerful cpu .if they are gonna release so many models to wich they can't provide decent software updates then they should do at least one model with gen 8 in my opinion and a lite one . Like mi 11 and mi 11 lite

            Qualcomm has great lineup of soc, but i think last year they priced their soc high, many oems didnt use their latest midrange soc like sd 690, but this Year its diffferent from Realme 9 pro, mi 11 pro 5G, lot of Oppo, Vivo, Motorola, Honor etc use sd 695. So i think they will catch up.

Sd 695 is much cheaper lot of sub $200 phones come with this soc. Just recently Vivo anounced sd 695 device for $204, its just Xiaomi increased price of All of their phones from Redmi 10 to redmi note 11 pro 5G.

                  778 and 780 are like 710 when got released( great upper midrange unlike 720 ,730 and 732)
                  I think Qualcomm is trying to go for just 5g chips
                  Qualcomm losing more ground because of popularity of mediatek dimensity chips
                  They should focus to their clients chips needs

                    Sd 730 was top midrange soc, then 765 then 778/780.

                    Sd 732 was just slighlty modified version of sd 730.

                        This year qualcomm got mad for decreasing production cost , no 4k support on sd 695 and 680
                        Also xiaomi focused on domestic market and used worse chip for global markets compared to domestic

                          Like all new 5G soc from Qualcomm all of them from sd 480 to sd 888 they have triple bit isp, they can handle 3 camera simultaneously, but 4g soc like sd 732G has only dual bit isp.

                          So some area you may see as downgrade some areas there will be improvements.


                          And i do like cortex A78 thats why i like sd 695, all cortex A78 soc like sd 778G, 695, dimesity 1200, 920, 820 etc have very good battery life, top perfomance and they dont throttle much. With disaster like cortex X1/X2 we can only get Good perfomance and efficient from cortex A78.

                          Check devices with Cortex A78, they dont need 5000mah, many have around 4000 to 4300mah but battery life is so good, ehy should i hate architecture like this? Why should i promote old architechture like Cortex A76 over this?

                                Disappointed in redmi Note 11 series. How many months more to redmi Note 12 series? Guessing around October or November? Hope that will be better

                                  Redmi note series is now too expensive.
                                  When i got my note 5 ai dual core that is global version of the Note Pro it was only 170 euro.
                                  Now it is around 290 euro and i am not interseted in them anymore. Also dont even have so good hardware. Poco F3 is with SD870 and is at same price so way better option. Same with the Poco X3 Pro that is with SD860 and cost only 230 euro.

                                  Also they all are pretty much same. Not so great cameras on them and amoled screen with ok middle class hardware. Still cheaper then Samsung and the like brands for the same hardware.

                                  I hope they will have some redmi series that will come in a under 6 Inch screen. As this Xiaomi 12 mini will be flagship specs and probably be over 400 euro. But still probably be popular model as not everyone want to have the biggest tablet on the market in there daily driver phone and market is empty of all of the more compact phones other then only Apple phones.

SD 695 scored similar... moreSd 695 is way better than sd 732, in All benchmarks like geekbench, Antutu etc it has like 20% more performance in single thred geekbench and Antutu and like 10% in gpu. Thats decent improvement, and sd 695 manage that with lower clock and only 2 big cores, mean it will use low power and sustain that perfomance.


                                    And those are preliminary benchmarks i wont be suprise if sd 695 is much more powerfull like 40% or more.

Realme is 50€ more expensive, so its more in poco x3 pro category which will doing circles around Realme. On the other hand i like Realme software which is best for the price.

                                        realme 8 128/6 is 200 euros and has:
                                        better soc
                                        better display(hdr10+ and AoD)
                                        same android (11)
                                        4k video capturing
                                        better selfie
                                        and same fast charge
                                        so realme 8 is a better deal
