Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022 arrives with unchanged specs

15 February 2022
It's the same phone as last year's model.

Sort by:

If it comes with unchanged specs it cannot be called 2022 phone. It's just making more of the phone due to market demands.

From the ist of January 2022 am using Xiaomi 11T pro which is packed with 120 W charger .By charging with 120 W battery time is getting Lessing day by day and when phone charged with 33 W Mi charger its battery time is good

My suggestion for company is if you wana invent more fast charging capabilities then you must change your phone batteries because these are not capable of fastly charging capacity.

Lol, good luck and stay strong, to all Xiaomi fanboys out there. You'll need it.
I would rather buy a Motorola or Sony phone, than a Xiaomi phone these days. Hahaha.

Darknoor, 16 Feb 2022First they revive the Note 8 last year and now this. They ... moreThat wasn't really a Note 8. It was a Note 9 with the shell of a Note 8

First they revive the Note 8 last year and now this.
They seem to have extra stock they want to get rid of, so it will probably drop in price.
Still a stupid step, as usual.

Unb1453d, 16 Feb 2022This brand is xiaoMEH. Which is a total joke. No minor spec... moreLol. Where have you been? There will be people who will buy these like there were people who bought Samsung that kept rehashing Exynos 7xxx cpus a few years back.
Dead? Not that it is a good thing but even Androids with misspelled brand names/knock offs are selling like hotcakes outside of your Apple/Samsung bubble.

Xiaomi Fans, 15 Feb 2022Well as a Xiaomi Fans I find this really weird. If you want... moreJust get Poco X4 series, Poco M4 5G or Redmi Note 11 series (If it's released)

Also their stocks in the inventory are still many LoL. Same like what they did with sd625 with their old models back then. SMH.

This brand is xiaoMEH. Which is a total joke. No minor spec changes at all? Downgrading triple slots to hybrid slot wouldn't help it. Android 11 and not 12? Really? Also the prices might rise up that the older same models, hahaha. Who would buy this rehashed same old model? They keep spewing phones and phones 24/7. This is it, guys, these brands xiaomi/redmi/poco or whatever Chinese brands u call it is practically dead.

                          Next.

                            2. Shortage
3.miui 13 with android 12 so smooth even using old cpu

All they want is to sell the rest of the phone before phase it out, thats why they add 2022 next to the name

One would understand if they kept it unchanged, but slapped a Dimensity chipset in it instead of these ancient G80 series. Then again I don't understand 3/4 of Chinese phone makers that just vomit phones out phones with minor changes (or none at all) and saturate every single price point imaginable. I liked the most how Apple releases phones (few models a year and they keep older models around for cheaper instead of rehashing them) or even how OnePlus did very similarly with 2-3 models a year and that was it. Now they just spam Nord models all over the place...

Well as a Xiaomi Fans I find this really weird. If you want to re-release a new phone, at least give something new like new colors or new RAM/storage variant.

Oh yeah, in Indonesia it's not only the same specs but a downgrade on SIM card slots. From dedicated MicroSD card slot to Hybrid slot. And also they raise the online prices to about 9 bucks more expensive (not much, but in percentage it is 5 percent more expensive than the original online price).
