Dimensity 8000 AnTuTu result surfaces, threatens the Snapdragon 888

Leakster Digital Chat Station claims that the chip's true target is the Snapdragon 870 - the 888 will be challenged by a Dimensity 8100 instead.

I'm not sure if you have used the latest mediatek series chipsets but they're very high quality. The scores on geekbench and antutu will show you. A mediatek 1100 can do anything really in terms of even the most demanding gaming titles. They cost the end user slightly less. However as the gap closes, inevitably mediatek will become more expensive so now is the time to buy in fact. If they keep progressing, within a couple of years, the price will be the same as Snapdragon or bionic. Exynos is trash and has been for a while so not sure what you mean there . It's not even in the conversation really

          Snapdragon, Exynos and Bionic is where it's at!

            instead of stopping the usage of 860-870-850 sd chips, they should keep using them on actual midrange phones rather than going through the effort of developing new ones, same goes to dimensity chips as well.

              I hope mediatek gets their thermals figured out when they move to this territory. That would be really fun.
