I always loved the large screens in the note line but I'm also not a fan of curved screens. Specs in gsmarena show that the S22U received slight camera downgrades over the S21U. Also, the vanilla and plus finally received long missing 3x optical zoom camera.

S10e had card reader, headphone jack in smaller and lighter dimensions, not sure why s22 couldn't have gone that way. In s22's dimensions pixel 5 offered way better battery considering no headphone jacks n card reader in both. Waiting for dont to release a true 140*70 compact phone with no compromises."
✅ I agree with this guy, no compromises, multi tool, swiss army knife, bigger battery, best of both worlds, there's alot of us that are missing these features & need a premium upgrade.
Samsung, I hope that you're listening & can deliver for us next year, otherwise we'll be forced to go elsewhere❗

No offense to GSM because this is a strong showing on the poll, but it's still a very small fraction of what the S series will sell. I think when it's all said and done, the S22 or Plus will sell the most.
If I had to choose, I would go with the Plus.

I think s22 phones may catch, the standard, the plus, obviously the ultra. The first 2 are now 7.6mm thin. That is the first time the phones have changed thickness since the galaxy s3 at 8.9 mms. Which is now the thickness of the ultra which was previously very thick I think like 13mm. People like thin and I'm sure holding one will prove it.

I'm very disappointed with Samsung because i buy a Note 20 Ultra 5G 512GB with an upgrade programme and i can upgrade only to ZFold 3 (nobody tell me about this). I was thinking a lot to make an upgrade from Note 20 Ultra to S22 Ultra but i don't think that it's worth it especially since it comes without charger,screen protector and sd card slot

Android have bad battery life. So the chassis have to be the biggest to be any worth.

I'm not surprised the ones are not selli well. Why should Samsung Galaxy S9+ of 2018 have higher resolution and higher pixel density than Samsung Galaxy S22? That's a big downgrade in my opinion. I rather pay extra to buy the Ultra.

S21 was a sales disaster and below sales expectations as cited even by Samsung just like previous S20.
I think S22 will stay below sales expectations as well since it puts nothing groundbreaking at that pricepoint and came with bugs just like S21 AND S20 Ultra focus issues.
Samsung has to perform better than that.

Samsung should actually give buds free of cost after removing the jack. Instead it has chosen to loot the ultra buyers by offering to sell one more product. They know ultra users will have to shell 11000 more for buying buds. On the other hand, the other two models actually don't require buds.We neither need the watch and not the S-pen.

The Ultra phones never managed to outsell the small S phone. S22 will again outsell the Ultra. This year the plain S22 looks fantastic. It is incredible that they can make a better than S21 phone in the same package and yet they did.
