If you cannot get by without ultra fast charging as a necessity, I'd look at yer lifestyle..

Samsungs 45W charging is not a lie, but you need to test it with the new Samsung 45W charger with special/thicker cabel, that allows to charge with 45W. older and thinner cable allows only 25W charging.

There is a reason Some wireless chargers come with Fan Nowadays. Heat kill batteries its that simple.

Btw, with this oven called snapdragon 8 Gen 1 the battery will suffer anyway. But is not because the charging speed.

There a lot of ignorant people thinking charging speed will kill battery life. Let me guess, because mrs.whosetheboss or another "reviewer" said it?
Don't insult yourself and think, high charging speed do NOT kill battery life. Thats why they use double cell, cooling systems, charge algorithms and charge speed downs when it reach +75%.

I am sure that you guys used the old 45w charger, and not the new model which fixes the throttling issue that they had in the past. The model EP-T4510 is the on you should be using. Plus you get a 1.8m cable instead of 1m, and going by the picture, that is not 1.8m.

Maybe you guys from GSMArena forgot to switch on 'ultra fast charging' in the phone battery settings?
Or, as someone else already mentioned, you maybe used the old 45W charger and not the 'new' one, if there exists something like a new one, I don't know.
If you look at the official Samsung promo material for the new Galaxy S8 tablets, there is written the following:
