who cares of 2930240W charging if in time the battery will die quicker?
I'm ok with 1-2 hours for the full charge. I keep my S20 Ultra on slow charging over night and after 2 years the battery works just like new.
Super fast charging is killing the battery. 1h for the full charge is already quickly.
Slow charging means healthy battery on a long time. quick charge is good for marketing and for the OEMs because it means dead batteries in 1-2 years and you have to change the phone.

Couldn't care less about charging speed; if the phone's battery lasts me a full day, I usually have enough time at night to charge it without needs to speed up the process. In fact, to decrease the amount of heat the charging process generates, which is detrimental to the service life of the battery, I use the slowest charger I have (that came with an ancient Jawbone bluetooth headset) that outputs 2.5 watts to charge all my phones! Only in the rare instances when I need to charge my phone fast do I use the fast charger that came with it.

Question is, does it reach 45W at any part of the test?
If answer is NO, then Samsung is wrong.
If answer is YES, your test has some flaws.
There are brands that set the charging speed to slow down after determinated %, reason some phones take much more time to go from 50% to 100% compared to 0 to 50%.
You guys need also to check other stuff related to charging.
- Is the power advertised really passing inside the phone?
- At what temperature the phone charges?
Vivo phones are cooler than oppo, realme and oneplus that use same charging values.

Ice Universe also did the same test and published same results... but he was said that the Cable he used for the test is not the official Samsung rated cable.

I never paid more than 400€ for a brand new phone, but nowadays, when phones are getting bigger and bigger, I was glad there's a compact Android phone like S22. And I was thinking about spending that much money and preordering one. But after the fake info about display refresh rates, now charging speed and questionable battery life and efficiency with Exynos 2200. I think it's not worth the money. I'll rather stick with my S20 FE.

Same happened to S20 Ultra according to Phone Arena.
The final time was same of using the 25W back then.
Samsung loves fooling costumers, like chinese OEMs do.
