Anonymous, 20 Feb 2022Until XiaoMi improves it's after service, it does not ... moreAt least, you got your money back. There is no customer that never had much worst experience you had. Be it Apple to Samsung, down to Tecno. There must be a customer that will speak bitterly like you do.
Electronics are luck sometimes. Running to other OEM doesn't mean you are free.

Must be why their market share continues to rise year after year, because people are starting to hate them and moving away from them.

Anonymous, 21 Feb 2022what's wrong with miui?? i dont get it, anyone who alw... moreDepends what you want from your phone. A lot of people buying cheap Xiaomi phones do not complain too much, because they do not care and because they paid very small price for the phone. That doesn't mean the phones are perfect, without issues.
But look at recent year from Xiaomi. More and more people are starting to dislike them and moving away from them. Because their prices have gone up (with nice specs on paper and so on), but their quality didn't went up proportionally with the prices.
Even here on this site. I was away for the majority of 2021 year. But I remember when I left it, you couldn't find a comment section in which some Xiaomi fanboy will not praise some flagship model from Xiaomi (mainly Mi 11 Ultra or Mi 11 series). That was one of the reasons why I left the site, it was becoming a Xiaomi fanbase site. Not at all impartial, like a professional site should be.
Now, fewer and fewer people are praising Xiaomi models or prices. And even disliking them in some posts.

IpsDisplay, 20 Feb 2022Sony is definitely losing the experience with thier decreas... moreAgree to some extent but the Xiaomi brand is hardly focused on price to performance ratio for their flagships. After all the mi11 ultra was priced at over the equivalent of $1,350 in Europe for example which is basically on par with most other flagships. Basically, it's competing on similar price levels so it boils down to user preference more than price. Even where I am in China the price-to-performance ratio of Xiaomi isn't that great anymore (at least at launch prices). Basically, their redmi brand is left to focus on price to performance ratio nowadays.

Anonymous, 20 Feb 2022MIUI can’t even utilize powerful hardware of its handsetsThese comments are so dumb. Miui, OneUI and stock Android are all Android. They run the same apps and have almost the same performance running on the same chipset. What mainly separates them are the looks (if not customised) and specific vendor features they bake into their own UI. In terms of customisability and features, Miui is extremely customisable and feature rich.
