Anonymous, 20 Feb 2022What is a great experience you're talking about?I get excellent experience with mi 11 ultra. Great qhd 120 display, infrared for remote, good harman kardon stereo sound, I can't find bugs ( China rom), great tactile feeling with ceramic back, actually it's pretty sleek phone, only camera island is protruding. Looking good in white, can make it black with a vegan leather case. Not to mention wow factor to everyone when I check in at airports, or everywhere I use the phone and the rear display lights up. Great camera if you have some photography experience. Great selfies with 1.12 sensor and rear display. Great panoramas. Small selfie camera punch hole. 24 hrs with 8hrs SOT. Fast fingerprint. No green tint. Did I mention 67w charging? Perfectly working google services, banking apps. Can restrict most apps to work in background, use network. Great themes ( I use mountain which changes illumination by time of day) , themed sounds etc. Only issue is I can't use nova with gestures without 3rd party/tasker. Android 12 from January ( not that I really care beside security updates) .

I dont care about this phone, such a disrespect last year. Announced the 11 ultra in December, it was in Bulgaria in April and they only send a few phones, so it was impossible to find it anywhere. Same thing this year with 12 series, China exclusives... By the time they start selling their phones in Europe, they announce a new version.

Apples experience is more geared to the branding and having a tightly nit experience
Xiaomi is chasing numbers but their "experience" is based on price to performance ratio
All three different "experiences"
The greatest architecture in existence .. NATURE does the same thing it create niches and creates diversity
Companies that chase big numbers are very important and big contributors in the grand scheme of variety we don't want a monopoly of one approach of creating smartphones
Without such companies we don't get data to learn from bleeding edge technology and sadly only those who "wait" after others do the dirty work gets the credit ... Apple...

I have the MI 11 Ultra rught now and very stable, must admit its the Chinese version and the eu stable rom, best phone i got ever.
I will bet on, i still prefer this when i get my pre-order S22 ultra, but maybe not.
But this will not affect the awesome experience i have with MI 11 Ultra.
Maybe you should try yourself, so you better can tell how it really is next time you talking about it 👍🏻

Vivo iqoo also has 120, able to reach 109. Obviously xiaomi knew it cant pass 80. Still decided to advertise 120 despite this huge gap.
