I have had nothing but hardware problems with my flagship Samsungs, hence plan to stick to OP which has been solid all through.
And yes, I know OPs are built on many Samsung components. Samsung is everywhere.

How many of those people who want many years of software support actually use the phone for that amount of time?
Almost all the people I know use Samsung or Apple phones (Central European country). But majority of them change those phones in 3 years maximum. For various reasons.
So, why advocate for something or blame phone manufacturers, if you will not use that thing?

btw OnePlus 10 pro along with Mi 12 are not released for international market until now. This is good, hope they never release it, so those CN brands forgotten for real. Just apple and samsung.

Anonymous, 21 Feb 2022Slow sales?So far sales in China have been relatively slow for all the new major Chinese flagships (Xiaomi 12 series; Oneplus 10pro; Realme GT2 pro and IQOO 9 series). There is basically very little improvement from the previous generation so there is not too much excitement around about any of them. I remember last year in China when the Xiaomi 11 and Oneplus 9pro launched. It was hard to get ahold of them until a couple of months after launch. However this year's models didn't even sell out. Sales are way lower

Do not forget Samsung Mobile is the #1 revenue among all android OEMs.
Probably in one quarter makes more than many makes in 12 months.
Samsung can afford software support.

Anonymous, 21 Feb 2022White glass is better. You cant see finger marks. Yeah, white glass is amazing because fingerprints and even scratches just aren't visible unlike on shiny black glass where everything is 10x more visible.
I just don't quite understand why OnePlus is still not launched globally. Depends on global price, but I actually really like the looks of it.
