I am now expecting Xiaomi to make a press release with "Our charger is even faster". Lol.
What's with "Let's be the first in something thing"?
Anyway, fast charging will be here to stay. 30W charging for budget phones and 65W charging for flagships should be a norm nowadays. I think more than that is just a gimmick and has mainly marketing purposes.

While we are still waiting for the slow charging phone that lasts 5-7 days per charge.
Phones moved away from the battery briefcase for a reason! And it was not so they could turn back to the need for a power supply 22/7.!
