This should have been an excellent phone, but its screens are extremely fragile and almost impossible to find in the market. I purchased it in January 2023, and by February, the screen had cracked from a minor fall. Since then, I've been searching for a replacement screen, but without any luck. It seems to be unavailable both in Uganda and the UK. I’ve reached out, via email, to the company's outlets in Nigeria, South Africa, Dubai, and Europe, but none of them were able to locate a replacement screen for me.

                SA466, 21 Feb 2022Who needs 64MP upscaled to 108MP? Stupid Marketing gimmick.Did you know that all these 32,48,64 mp cameras are actually 12mp cameras upscaled using the AI software? There's no phone in the world that can push a 20mp camera sensor hence they use a smaller sensor and upscale it with the software

                    i have been using hisense for the past 3 and a half years. i have never had any problems with the phone. Hisenses are really a good mark and a better phone...

Even mid level OEMs have not been very consistent in software update i.e. Asus, HTC, Infinix etc.

                                        Why not upscale the ultrawide? 10MP looks much better on paper than 5MP. Why bother at just one upscaling. Why not upscale the upscaling for some 20MP ultrawide shots. I mean since we're already upscaling to increase the spec sheet, might as well make it even more impressive.
