I just bought two poco X3 GT' 2 weeks ago (me and my wife love them). So glad I did. After the weak specs of the X4's I just hope they keep producing the X3 series next year...
Seriously Is not like I'm willing to get a nintendo Gameboy monochrome screen in order to get a dimensity 9000 or snap 8 gen 1... But really the cost of having an AMOLED is to endure a 695??? I would like an LCD order with my dimensity please, at least in that way I will be able to put something pretty on that LCD.

so, this c... moreThe X4 is about being an all rounder Midranger. It wouldn't make sense to use the strongest upper midranger chipset available.
X4 Pro having the 870 is just too farfetched as it's currently the most stable Flagship Chipset. 860 is fine or they can bump it to 865 or use Dimensity 1100. They just need to add back the 5G modem.
X4 GT can have the Dimensity 1200 or 7000
The Dimensity 8000, SD870, SD888,SD8Gen1, Dimensity 9000 should be Poco F Series territory and Blackshark

Don't get it at all. I guess chip shortages globally have meant even using the SD860 or SD870 is too expensive. But this is a downgrade in power output and a big downgrade. 108mp camera is just a con. It's all pixel binning and you won't get genuine 108mp quality shots so the camera isn't even better really. Snapdragon 600 series is midrange and unless this is about 120 to 140 quid nobody will buy it.

poco x3 pro uses sd860 but this uses sd695, why downgrade the cpu? should have use sd870.

I only really mentioned picking up the X3 Pro if it dropped down to a ridiculous price maybe around £150 (I'm from UK). At that price it would be an absolute giveaway and too good to turn down. I'm actually amazed at the performance of the X3 NFC it feels just as fast (if not faster) than when I bought it. Don't know if that's down to the updates.

This is a bit of a disappointment. The Note 11 is already there for the people who prefer photography over gaming. The X4 series should have been the budget gaming option.
