Nooo, why the screen size and dimension not the same as the Xiaomi 12/12x? Currently, there aren't any compact mid-range phones. Really looking forward to this and hopefully the leaks are wrong.

Really? I wanted xiaomi 12 cause of it's smaller size but it's price is too much. Specs don't really matter to me so I hoped lite is gonna be cheaper, and then they also make it bigger. Again no chance for normal sized phone for less than $500...

If your brain can't handle those names, don't look at phones that aren't made for your region. Simple as that.

At least it's not downgraded. Also Snapdragon 778G Plus is the highest available Upper Midranger Chipset so this is definitely good. People are complaining about the size don't know sht that it's just the same size as 10 Lite 5G, 11 Lite 5G NE which is 6.55".
About the design, the Lite Series usually reflects the design of Xiaomi's Standard Flagship which is Xiaomi 12 that's why it looks like that.
The Lite series is always an Upper Midranger Segment of Xiaomi.
It's still an upgrade albeit a small one.

Why the heck they didn't keep symmetry bezel and punch hole on the side design?? This is so ugly as compared to Mi 11 Lite. Very dumb decision like Google that abandoned Pixel 5 front design to make Pixel 6.
