Anonymous, 27 Feb 2022Ridiculously ugly UIFor me win 11 is best UI ever came from Microsoft. Not the best in the world but in Microsoft it is. Only windows UI i was more excited was windows Vista and we know how that gone wrong. But i found windows 11 actually lighter than windows 10. All bugs seem to be fixed now.
Look man, i think that Microsoft planning on return to mobile devices. Only thing that made windows worse than Android back then was app support. And they have now Play store. Also, windows turns out to be much easier on battery. As much as 10~15x compared to Android. Ofc I'm talking about Windows on ARM ...
Lumias were lag free on 1gb ram and Snapdragon 610 while Android was laggy with 3gb and Snapdragon 625.

    Ridiculously ugly UI

Semper, 25 Feb 2022I stopped with Windows 10, I don't have plans to insta... moreI don't think so. There are both disadvantages (that have no impact on real life) and there are advantages (that also won't have much use for most people). But eventually you'll install it to have the latest features. Everyone will. Remember when everyone said they'll never upgrade from Windows 7? Well, they lied. Microsoft provides a way to downgrade to Win 7, but no one uses it. Just look at the numbers. I myself thought I won't install Windows 11 for the first three months to wait for them to fix bugs, but I was curious of course and I'm running it since October. There were no issues and even the infamous AMD performance glitch was nowhere to be found, my laptop was still lighting fast no matter which game I played.

"Tablet optimized taskbar" Because there was something wrong with Windows 10 taskbar? It's Windows 11 taskbar that's absolute nightmare to use on touch. Bunch of small app buttons that are ALWAYS stacked whether you like it or not, can't drag documents to app buttons in taskbar to maximize them etc. It's like Microsoft has the most clueless UI/UX developers I've ever seen. And if it was some sort of tiny startup run by 2 guys in a garage, I'd be forgiving (and even there I've often seen pretty good designs). But this is a multibillion corporation and they make such trash. It's just unforgivable.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2022just make the darn Windows Mobile 11Yes when it is unofficially available then they should definitely release officially for android and ios/newer mac platforms same as we install in a windows pc.

So that those who are interested can purchase and install windows either in standalone or dual boot configuration. They just need to make installation easier for everyone.
