And next gen vivobooks from Asus with amd Rembrandt would probably be even better.
Yoga slim 7 (ideapad slim 7) and others would follow.
And most of the next gen laptops would change to a taller aspect ratio.
Matebook is overpriced for what it offers. It's obsolete on release.

But i dont care if Laptop weights 1 kilo or 5 kilos.
For me it doesnt matter.
Specs are iportant.
At that price range of Huawei or Samsung unveiled laptops every low grade gaming niotebook have same or bit better specs with much better GPU.

In ym previous ROG by Asus i replaced battery every 30 months and i did it 2 times then i sold it and bought this one after 7 years of use.

its a pretty crappy spec for a fresh 2022 laptop. Samsung Galaxy laptops that just got announced are better speced and priced. This makes apple line up look reasonable in price

The product reveal was hilarious with more mention of amd Renoir than the product they revealed. The only good thing about it was that intel actually got a capable igpu with not too bad drivers for the first time.
And that too could barely beat age old Vega in the best scenarios picked by intel.

Lapax, 28 Feb 2022What has the world come to when Apple is the one with a mor... moreThe macbook air had been the best and reasonably priced ultraportable option before they released the retina macbooks/macbook air. And before zen 2 ultraportables became available.
Now the m1 air has got back it's value king title.
The fanless design, the display and the battery life are things you could never expect for this price, for an ultraportable with so much performance.
Especially when the ultraportable segment with premium displays is dominated by intel based ultrabooks that suck.
And amd probably wouldn't have a laptop with fanless design or a premium display below the base model macbook air (sorry if I am mistaken).

In september 2021 i bought Lenovo Legion 5 PRO 16ACH6H
16 inch Laptop capable of 4K, with Ryzen 7 5800H, CPU, Windows 10, 32GB Ram, 1000 SSD disk and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 8GB.
All this for 1790 euros.
Nowdays it could cost around 1500 or so.
Compared to this Samsung, or Huawei with Iris graphic and no 4K resolution my one Lenovo Legion is way much better.
Its maybe one of best gaming laptops money can buy cheap.
And apple cant be compared here. Same specs on apple device with apple sticker on it and price gets hillarious 4-5 000 euros.

Better performance, better battery life. And they'd probably update it within two years.
If they want they can buy a better laptop from a different company if they ever need x86 specific windows applications that won't work with parallels.
Just like you have your preferences, others could have theirs too.
If you wanted to point out flaws of a macbook, you could've worded it better.
