Pushing wrong update to wrong phone - hard bricking and no single help how to fix it or at least apologise, leaving 1+9 users with absolutely non working A12 for months without single explanation if it ever be fixed. Selling 5g phone without working 5g for a year. They just want to sell product. Customer support does not exist. Sorry this is not we're expecting in Europe. Send them back to were they came from.

      2 late. We already moved away from 1+. Also I will make sure if anyone ever asks me for opinion about buying 1+ I will tell him to run away from this sh... oppo brand. Not worth troubles.
