Just bolting higher spec components into phones is not innovation. Anyone can do that. Innovation is when you bolt a component no one else has to offer into a phone to further distinct it from everyone else. Having better camera and better OLED display is not innovation. Just jacking up refresh rate is something anyone can do. Same with resolution. This is just a normal progress, not anything particularly special or innovative. Apple's main innovation is certainly Bionic chipset. It's beyond flagship performance with consumption that allows them to run much smaller batteries for longer than many phones with a lot bigger batteries. That's innovation no one else can do today. And probably not even in the near future if ever. ZTE's second generation UD camera was also innovation. They managed to make it entirely invisible while giving passable quality selfies. Many others tried and they had either still terrible selfies or the UD selfe cam was still very much visible like in Samsung's Fold 3. So you won't think I'm some sort of Apple defender here. Others innovate too, just not in ways you seem to think "innovation".

And I would change 21 to 21 ultra. I know they are the most expensive ones but still, in general, I agree with you.

Then look at the difference at the middle of the large display. Samsung has an sightly crease. Oppo no crease. Then look at the form factor. Samsung looks weirdly tall and thin when folded. Oppo is proportionate and dainty. Oppo design is far better.

i Would readily Buy a 200 $ phone for Single Screen if it comes at that Size..! with a good midrange processor
