AnonD-85720, 14 Jan 2013Everyone!Tell me anyone who will be happy to buy a new sgs3... moreNobody gives a rat a$$ about your Lumia 920. There are enough drop tests on youtube and SGS 3 is on of the best on them. BTW, if you drop a phone, IF, it's a small chance you'll drop it on granite or concrete. If you drop it, most of the time you drop a phone (maybe once a year) indoors, on wood or carpet.
You should figure it out how to get that "Other" wasted space back and change your passwords you typed on Nokia's express browser, instead of commenting here.

If you take Samsung out of the equation apple's ios will be back in top.
As an oem samsung has played the bigger hand in promoting android all over the world from low range to high range devices.

GreekGeek, 14 Jan 2013I'm very very mad @Samsung... They make the Note 2 @5,5inc... moreI have to agree in part on this. I remember when phones tried to get smaller, now they are getting bigger and bigger! If i wanted to carry around a tablet i would, the S3 for me personally (i am an S3 owner), is still too big for nice one handed use. There should be a version of the S3 with a 4" screen and i'd be very happy user, not remake the S3 but make it smaller and take allot of the high spec features away (S3 mini)...

Edit: By the way i wasn't talking about Apple when i was talking about build quality and i don't want to be just satisfied with the inner hardware and ignore the build quality.

My lumia 920 has kissed the sink once and the floor once and is still smiling at me. The worst that happened to it were the scratches on the screen after then second drop. A sgs3 would have been toast after then first drop (my lumia 920 dropped on my kitchen tap into the sink while playing music and i didn't realize that was what dropped cos the music i was playing didn't distort during or after the drop).

so what, 14 Jan 2013so what giant nokia sold 4.4 million lumia, yes million ... moreSo what? Lumia it's their entire WPM line. Compare with Samsung's entire Android line and... Prepare urself. The Galaxy S line is comparable to Nokia Lumia 900s, so, how many they've sold? A million? Hundreds of thousands?

Go home fanboy. The entire WP market share is inferior to Samsung's Bada, chew and digest that.

About small size smartphones, as everybody should know by now, Nokia is including touch model Asha phones in their total smartphone sales figures, i agree with this, and Asha is therefore the perfect phone for those who want low price iphones, both iphone and asha can fit into a new phone category we could label a "semi-smartphones", or "smart feature phones". I know, its a bit of a disgrace for Asha to be be put in same category as iphone, but their reduced feature set and lack of advanced customization options surely gives them something in common. Asha has fewer limitations than ip, sure, but its still not good enough to be classified as a real smartphone.

Plus, Asha is greatest for those apple users who always told us that 4 inch display of Galaxy S was stupid and way too big and had too high resolution that noone needed. Good news for you, Asha touchscreens are 3 inch and 240x400 resolution, giving them a ppi that is very close to the ppi of 3.5 inch displays at 320x480 (155 ppi on Asha vs 165 ppi on those perfect apple displays).
