Also do keep in mind that Pixel phones have a lot more hardware and software problem than iPhone ever had. Almost no one want to buy Pixel phone because of that and limited availability. Better go with Samsung.

As much as I hate Apple I'm actually not surprised. 99% of android phones these days are garbage. They don't have headphone jacks, micro SD, and have started removing chargers too. So if you're going to buy some garbage with half its features missing then you may as well get the OG of removing features

Well it does make sense that iphones sell the most. They have no competition in there software like Android phones have. There is like 100 different brands that all have like 10-20 different models per year. So these Android models to be in the chart list of top10 is already showing something. Never mind that most of the Android models will be taken out of shops as soon as the new model is coming out. Have you people ever seen something like 2 years old model of a Android sold as new in anywhere ?
Iphones are sold even when they are 4 years old models like we see there is iphone 11, 12 and 13
If there would be like 1 brand that is doing Android then the number would be different for Iphone vs android brand. But as Apple is the only brand that use IOS then it's easy to hit the top selling phones top 10 with multiple phones when they sell one model for at least 3 years.
As for example Xiaomi have like 2 models per year. As for example in start of a year come out Redmi note 11 and then 6 months later will be Redmi note 12 so basically they stop making these note 11 after 6 months that is not like apple that stop making the model after 3 years or so.
Now take a look Iphone SE 2020 as example. It's already 2022 and they soon release a new SE model so it's like 2 years later and they still making the 2020 model.
Thats why these top10 charts are pointless. It's also dumb to compare IOS devices with Android devices with power as it would be same to compare Windows to Linux

Point is, that only Apple makes iOS devices. If Google was only Android phone maker, probably zero Apple phones would be on the list. And don't take me wrong, i strongly dislike both and want diversity back.

The iphone continues to sell like hot cakes while samsung sinks by itself, of course, it earns money because it sells components otherwise, it would be together with nokia and LG, sony... Anyway, I think I'll go back to iOS and leave to a mid-range android as a second phone for emergencies

Iphones cost over $700 , still sell more than the low ends made by samsung, bbk and xiaomi.
