What's with all the animosity here? Apple makes great phones. So do many of the Android OEMs. I have a Samsung S21+ and it is the best phone I have every owned. There is no need to fight over this stuff. Be happy that we have a choice.

It has burnin, flickering, subpixel matrix issues, they are generally worse in direct sunlight where you need to pump insane brightness to mitigate that and they don't use less power, unless you're perpetually stuck in dark themes. And don't be fooled AMOLED displays in mid rangers are that great just because they are AMOLED.

Personal preference aside: You get an always on display, far better battery life, better colours and simply much more with amoled which just beats the LCD completely and that is the problem with apple here. They are behind android for no reason when it comes to their phones as they cut so many features for no apparent reason.
Apple may as well provide you something good but what's the point of that good thing if you provide it late?

Lets not forget LCD displays used on iPhones are one of the best there is. Again, not on paper with biggest resolution or 50000000000 Hz refresh, but as display for end user experience with incredible viewing angles, color accuracy, blacks. Display isn't automatically better just because it has higher resolution or is AMOLED. And Apple proved that many times with their LCD displays. The ones on iPhone 8 are still really good LCD's.

Just because you're blinded by your own bias doesn't make your viewpoint the right one. I am sick and tired of clueless little muppets incessantly going on and on about how their point view is right, grow up act like an adult and realise that there are Billions of people with individual needs and desires, the best phone is the one that they decide is the best one for what they want and need.

Not saying that One cannot buy this phone, just saying if you are comparing with android then compare properly as I haven't even stated the complete features of this phone and it has already won on two departments.

Like this phone is nothing of an upgrade plus noone I repeat noone in their right mind would require a flagship processor at this range if gaming is not on the table as is the case with this phone.
This device is simply an older device but with a newer chipset and some increased battery life. Like most people already know that this device really isnt worth it unless of course you are a Die hard apple fan and cannot use any mobile phone from another company.
Also I hope noone here really considers buying a phone right now due to 5g which at this point is not even a big deal now.

Let me guess, they were thinking on their clients no? Lol.
Wrong. They put the A15 so they can justify a slightly higher price and people will not complain. Being is the same phone as the iPhone SE2 + 5G and camera slightly better (which by the way, doesn't matter all that much in this type of phone). Also, is just 50€ less expensive than an iPhone 12 mini in my country now. So they couldn't put an A14 chipset. Being that iPhone 12 mini is a better phone all around. So there you have it.
You Apple fanboys will accept just about anything Apple does. Lol
I bought iPhones too, and I will buy them in the future too. But only those iPhones that deserve to be bought. This iPhone SE3, like the previous one before it, are not worth it.

They somehow can't put their dedicated units to good use in Geekbench? Then can they put them to good use in real world use too or not? One would question why the difference. Geekbench isn't specifically coded for iPhones somehow and give them some absurd advantage. At the end of the day they all use ARM architecture with slight modifications.

Geekbench IOS vs Geekbench Android have differences in how their code is run and how their code operates.
So in terms of performance, it may not be raw performance, but the fact that iOS has a hybrid advantage over Android with software + hardware.
So it is not far in that sense if you are only interested in finding the fastest chip.
