The 12-series trio (including the 12X) are also getting 2-years of warranty and a free screen replacement (for the first 6 months).

          Nothing special.

          Samsung Galaxy A51 from 2019 also gives 3 OS Upgrades and 4 years security patches, and thats only midrange.

          In 2022, should be minimum 4 OS Upgrades + 5 years patch.

If there is a certain custom ROM that I want to try out, Xiaomi phones are definitely the one I'll go for.
