Afra33, 18 Jan 2013-How stupid you have to be to parter with Microsoft? -H... moreYou have a few good points but going for windows 8 wasn't that bad a decision, main mistake was to ditch symbian, which is still one of the most efficient OS out there and one of the most capable & mature OS. but not going for Android was a good decision since Samsung, HTC and couple of others have already quite an experience in handling that so if you need to beat the competition, joining the same gravy train wasn't going to cut it, had to go for something different. Good thing is that WM8 isn't that bad as i expected it would be, they have done a really good job with it. it is still new, give it sometime, I think they would do good and we have already started seeing results. Nokia isn't going anywhere, it is here to stay, laying off all these people, will have its effects felt in a years time when they will have lower costs. its a step in the right direction. android has many tools disappeared to make it user friendly. many application's tools has been disappeared to make it easy for user. i like when it is usedforaphones, but for a serious job, it is sometimes a big lost to me

nokia you still rememeber window version from 6 mobile, how it is not a userfriendly to user.i still ve my 6.5 window pro withme and it is so user unfriendly.i ve to go many step before i get my thing done. now w8 is much better but still is not good enough for phones.remember what is you famous of. CONNECTING PEOPLE. your user friendly phone. even mygrandpa like it and refuse to change to old NOKIA.i dont see it now in nokia

youcan make a serious comeback if you sell a product which a product is designed to be. microsoft design their platform for working, so its complex and not user friendly.w8 is meant for working as it designed by microsoft.then how can it is possible for people using it intheir4 inch doing their office.many w8 is sold by microsoft,you ve the record from yourpartner,in a tablet form and laptop form.so make a change if you insist on windows.

It is wise to include call function on it, to compete against note 10 inch from samsung. Try it, it may not work well but at least it is better than repeating the old things again. Success

Sorry asus uses core i7 clocked at 1.9 gz on their taichi running on windows. U should go the same to maintain the cost so as to remain attractive. Don't go anything below that coz your fund would be wasted. Don't go too many segmented market like samsung. As it makes you fund everywhere.inject your top music technology in it. I miss my n95. The camera maybe just good to keep the price down.

I think you should at least go for quadcore bro min core i7 not atom. I think it is wise to be ahead of people than behind people. The best processor used now is 1.7 gz quadcore maybe you should go slightly above them so as to reduce cost . I understand that well.

The death of nokia was chosen by themselves.Nokia underestimated Samsung and Apple.With the touchscreen revolution in 07-08,nokia was dull,same with dual sim phones.Nokia remained silent.
They forced people to use Windows phone,
they should atleast tried Android OS,as it famous OS.

Don't cry for Nokia! They asked for it. When iPhone 4 and SGS 1(from 2010) had 1GHz processors, the best Nokia processor was an Arm11 434Mhz processor. Nokia's first 1GHz processor was launched with Nokia 500 at the end of 2011, beginning of last year, more than a year after Samsung and Apple. By that time, Samsung and Apple were on the dual cores.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Nokia team up with Mozilla once the Firefox OS is ready to be released. Would be a smart move in my opinion.
