This will be an awful feature for phones like s22 as the notification will constantly be going off and alerting users of high battery usage all day 🤭😂

Sounds interesting but i dont believe it will completely stop the app from running backround.
Some apps like facebook consumes a lot.
It would be funny if android it self sees and detects it consumed too much battery and closes it self.

My LG's 'Smart Doctor' have this feature since Android 9. I know the one in Android 13 might be more advanced, but I doubt it will offer much better battery saving.
