Android 13 will notify users of high app background battery usage using complex monitoring

It will be a lot harder for misbehaving apps to get around the new smarter monitoring logic Google is introducing.

      i already have this on sony xperia xz2 compact...
      usually it notifies me about my shopping app doing stuff on the background... ha ha... suggesting me to at least restrict it...

                                        So it will use more power to check for stuff that uses power. Amazing. Google, stop becoming Apple!
