Poco F4 in 2022 with SoC from 2019? What happened to "F"?!
I was and am waiting for a good Poco phone to replace my F1, but this rumored F4 is definitely not it. Kinda disappointing.
I personally don't need flagship performance, SD7** seem nice, or maybe MT will have something good too. MT seems to be gaining in good SoCs.

Just because benc... morebecause it's 2 years old. And Poco F4 will be this years, which makes it 3 years old. And by old I mean techprocess.
Poco "F"s were flagship killers. Now it's a "cheap good old socs" phones. There are other good phones with this title

Once upon a time there was a reason to buy Pocophone: it provided high performance processor, headphone jack and micro SD slot.
Since they've dropped the latter two, what other reason do you have to buy this MIUI infested failure instead of an OnePlus or Pixel, which aren't that much more expensive anyway, and you could use for a year more to make up for the cost? Both are more open source too, easier to unlock bootloader and root etc
Or maybe save up for Sony.

... moreI don't care what is standard, 8k is an unncessary feature. 4K is already kind of a gimmick, but 8k is absolutely is.
Xiaomi isn't fond of telephoto, they are still not going with it in general. Only few models offer it.
Even 480p is still watchable these days, we just adapted to higher resolutions, but even our eyes have a limit.
Oh and pardom me mr producer, of course we want your videos to be shot in 8k so we can watch it and admire it 20 years later, not to mention we can't ask you to just oh I don't know, pay more for a phone than can shoot 8k instead of ranting on a budget phone?
