I would have expected it to be released after the 10 Pro, too. The rumour is that the Nord 2T will be released in April and the Nord 3 in July.

Action.Pretty, 26 Mar 2022because not enough ppl want fat phones.Given how many phones they're releasing, you'd think they could include a huge battery in one of them. It would give them an excuse to add "Power" to its name, rather than Pro, Ultra or Max.

Get rid off this nasty ugly curved design, bring back the old design, that was boxy rectangular sharp edges.

Supports hi-res audio but doesn't have 3.5mm audio. Well, then there's no need to put it as a feature do we?

If the approach is using a dual Cell aka having two batteries instead of one big cell

Having such an arrangement and the circuitry to support such a set up takes us space

Also the quality of the battery most of these 6C batteries suited for fast charging don't have the energy density to match YET and for those that do it cost to much

Xiaomi didn't go split battery and managed to go fast charging at 5000mah

A 300$ oneplus. Hmm. No, it's not worth more with those low end specs.

I'm getting used to all the rebranding and rebadging of phones from supposed different companies that are just the same handsets with different names but what I really don't understand is why does faster charging always result in smaller battery capacity? I don't care what arguments anyone uses but battery life trumps faster charging every time! Why not have 5000-6000mah batteries with 150 watt charging instead of 4500mah? Not NEEDING to charge your phone and getting more life out of a battery is way better than needing to find a charging socket no matter how quickly you can charge your phone.

Excuse me what? How and in what possible way? They have completely different chipsets, cameras, displays and they look totally different.

Other than that it would indeed make sense for the GT Neo 3 to be rebranded as Nord 3 not the 10R, especially because I doubt a number series OnePlus would drop the alert slider but there are already Nord series phones that don't have it.

Pumpino, 26 Mar 2022So we've got the 10R which is based on the Realme GT N... moreThere seems to be some confusion over what this device is going to be called, some sites suggest it's the 10R others the Nord 3, it seems a bit odd if it's the 10R, as surely it'll steal the 10Pro's limelight if it's announced just as Pro's finally being released worldwide?

The original Nord was based on the GT Neo so there seem some logic in the Nord 3 being based on the GT Neo 3? If it's not them what is it going to be based on when it arrives later this summer?
