But if apple will give 48 mpix we can assume even lowest of the low android with speedtrum CPU and Android go edition will starts at 50 mpix cameras.

It's not. It's the standard right now. Most users don't even need more than 12MP since they are using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Those Nokias you're talking about both have a regular Bayer sensor, not a QB sensor. That argument doesn't work here since this is all QB.

Marketing. It's so obvious why anyone would bring 48MP cameras. If you can market a bigger camera number the average user will think more MP = Better Photo when that's not always the case.

A lot of MP in a camera does not mean good quality, just look at Pixel, it has not that big of a camera when it comes to hardware specifications, but the system AI makes it amazing.

I found Most 108MP images blurry, washed out, noisy, soft.

Though the colors tend to be better on low res sensors, difference in detail amount is a lot bigger, depends on how much is that important for you.
Even basic resolution aside, hi res mode can make way big difference, imagine you can capture so much detail as shooting 4 times using standard resolution. That's way different, it's basically impossible to go back after seeing that.
