I was laughing the entire time while watching the promotional video. mega battery? powerful SoC? the only thing good about this is the unibody Aluminum design but apart from that, that is NOT a mega battery nor is anywhere near being powerful

I an not interested in cheap mini tabs . At least make them as good as 10 inch tabs ... some of us still prefer the small form factor...

well... it's not exactly groundbreaking but it's not iffy either honestly...
the good news are that the US-T616 Is far more recent than the usual stuff placed in mini-tablets. it's just 2.5 years old... it's a decently capable processor with ancient fabrication technology. 12nm.
the bad news are the somewhat small-ish battery given the dimension.
JUST THINK about it. with dimensions of 211.8 x 124.5 x 7.6 mm you could slap in 7050mAh battery.
Another bad thing is the display. 800x1340 is really low resolution for 2022 considering the price asked... if it was 1200x1920 I'd forgive it.
just my two cents. really.

This thing is massive disappointment. All they had to do was make a smaller version of the normal Realme Pad. They could have even kept the price the same. The base version Mini is a complete non-starter. First off it's closer to 9" than 8", second it's not even 1080p. I have to imagine with these specs that it's going to be dirt cheap even with 4 / 64 GB.

I am curious how someone's life gets better when the tablet is 5.5mm thin instead of 7.6mm, in particular considering it being a rectangular slate meassuring 220mm diagonally.

Laughing from this marketing. 7.6mm is not Ultra Thin (Samsung has 5.5mm btw). 6400 mAh is not Mega! So I do not believe anything else there.

I wonder why they add a headphone jack in a tablet while removing it from many phones... isn't it, like, pointless, outdated, not required, you can have a dongle et cetera? Why not remove it from all products at the same time? Why keep it in a tablet but remove from phablet?
