This feature will come, I am sure. I just don't think we should wait any longer. It's 2022 not 1967. That feature should have been available already.

If you want to get to choose when to play the audion then you are probably using a pricy smartwatch, for emaple, and not many people have these; thus developing such feature is a waste of time in the company's eyes.
Even without chosing to play the audio message it is still that most affordable and widely used wearbles don't have speakers to begin with.

Still, a wearable that speaks your voice messages aloud? I don't think it is a good market.

Billion voice messages every day. Then it's about time they develop an app for wearables, where we don't need to read messages in a tiny screen, we can listen to them.

I hate voice messages, because of lazy people that don't wanna spend time on typing, the other person have to waste time on listening, especially when you're in public place and you put your smartphone to your ear like an idiot. Also you can't search through voice messenges. I would like an option to block people sensing me voice messages.
