Back in 2020 I was choosing between this phone and F2 Pro. The S20 FE was double the price but had better camera, but it had a worse screen, was made of cheaper materials (plastic), had smaller battery, didn't fast charge as quick, no aux, no IR blaster, etc.
Ultimately got the f2 pro, but I was kinda disappointed with the camera but I didn't care much since it was half the price. Then I found out you can put the k30 pro zoom edition back camera into an f2 pro. For reference, the k30 pro zoom has a higher dxomark than S20 FE and the camera module only costs $20...
After replacing the camera, picture and video quality became amazong. The only things missing from my phone now compared to the FE was wireless charging, dual speakers (f2 pro still sounds better than my galaxy S9 though, not fair comparison, but it's still an upgrade) and IP68, but it's still splashproof (I used special adhesive to keep the phone sealed, passed the barometer water proof tester). So yeah, not a bad deal. Plus I get to use a sexy looking purple phone that was cheaper in 2020 with 256gb/8gb than this phone in 2022.
Anyways, I just wanted to get this out there. Don't expect anyone to read this lol.
