I returned my S22 because of poor battery life, just 4h screen on time is a joke. back to my 2 year old S20 which still has 5.5h screen on time. Interestingly i use also iphone 13 mini, the MINI version with WORST battery among iphones still has....6h screen on time :) i hope Samsung improves with S23 series.

Nah. Doesn't matter. Btw Samsung supplies sAMOLED panels to the entire industry, iPhone included. Your A chips? Samsung manufactures. Camera lenses? Burrowed from Sony and Samsung. Design-wise, iPhone feels a decade old. Now you'll tell me you can't afford an iPhone, that's why this hatred. It's no hatred, it's facts. I've used iPhones for 11yrs 2010 to 2021 (last was iPhone 12 Pro) now Samsung S22 Ultra, the change was necessary and I don't regret a bit! Apple gives software updates to slow down your old iPhones so you can buy their latest variant, it's called business, their marketing tactics. Educate yourself a little. I've been a software developer for iOS.

samsung s20/21/22 cannot compete with iphone 11/12/13 in battery life category. so,the only logical way to implement this tech to samsung smartphones is increasing battery capacity,not keeping it same.
