Even the iPhone's display manufactured by Samsung Display, that's not the same as Galaxy's display. Because Apple uses customized materials.

Let alone samsung semiconductor business and other electronic devices unrelated to mobile division.
Fun fact. Samsung semiconductor business for the first time in history overtook Intel and becoming number one semiconductor manufacturer in terms of revenues and market share in 2021. For comparison, Qualcomm is rank 4th on the list and TSMC isn't even top 10 manufacturer.

2) 4-5 years... morePretty much none of the reasons mentioned are valid. Most people buy Samsung cause they have used the brand for over 10 years and have had no problems with them so they have trust and are used to there OS and dont want to learn other brand OS.
Most of the market dont even care about updates and that isn't something there main goal for buying a phone. It's just plus that it gets updates and some dont even update there phone even tough there are updates available.
The list of dumbness your talking about is only techies but even not them cause they switch there phones every year or tops 2 years. And a lot of clumsy people who drop there phones regularly so they need to switch to new cause there screen is broken. Also there are ways to get new phone when broke a screen when you have a contract that give warranty for broken screen or water damage and so on.

Well for next phone i dont want bigger phone and there are no options for smaller phones in my budget. For my use and needs from a phone it makes no sense to spend over 250 euro for them. But my phone still works no problems so i dont see a need to buy new one

Android manufacturers are highly dependent on cheap devices selling at low margins, thats why Android manufacturers load ads on their custom UIs, they are trying to make up for the low margins they get from their cheap devices.
