I don't get it. You agreed to pay for up to 4 accounts. The way we use those accounts is up to us. Or else, you didn't need to provide these accounts at the beginning itself.

Netflix is force people with 4K to have 4 screens and normaly in a household there is one 4K tv and most people using 2 accounts at the same time (household of 4 ) so why asking 16 euro for a 4K subscribe and not a 4K subscribe for one screen and ask extra for every screen.

        So you get.
SD/HD 7,99 with one screen and extra screen 1,99 with a max of 3 screens
4K/HD 8,99 with one screen and extra screen 2,49 with a max of 4 screens

So there you have it and don't complain Netflix that you force people to pay to much for a overkill on extra screens and do something about it. It's so simple

my bet is their subscriber number will decrease even more. I for one feel like the service is way overpriced for the content it provides and I already am on the verge of dropping it since I rarely use it. I keep it for my girlfriend which watches some shows on it. Volume wise it would be ok, but unfortunately the quality of maybe up to 95% of the shows, especially new ones is truly awful. Also with all respect, their diversity policy enforced in each and every show more often then none cripples them even more. HBO Max for instance has way less content, but also way much more quality in it, and I find myself using it more then Netflix, while its price is a quarter or less.
...so yea, they do whatever they want I don't really care.

I think Netflix should just provide yearly subscriptions for 20-30 percent cheaper price to get people hooked to buy "cheaper" whole year instead of just subscribing for 1-3 months per year.

In real life though, we can't say but at least a family usually has 5 members.

Sharing passwords between family members (husband/wife/children) should be legal. Sharing passwords between devices of a single person should be legal (so does multi-devices between family members). Sharing passwords with friends is illegal according to the terms and agreements, let alone sharing with unknown persons, let alone with some compensation. This is also illegal. Legal or not was not decided by me. It is decided by agreements between two parties, service providers and users.

Event Horizon, 21 Apr 2022What do you mean "sharing password illegally"? Th... moreLet me tell you. Here in my country, account renting is on a rampage on social media. A lot of people sell Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, etc for a minuscule amount of charges compared to the original price on respective services. This is what I call "sharing passwords illegally", because, the seller and buyer don't even know each other, hence, they are in different households. Unlike us who share passwords legally between families (husband/wife/children) or even the same person with multiple devices. Now, those people who "share passwords illegally", should be Netflix's target on this. I too will leave Netflix if they after us who share passwords legally according to the terms.

Steam family sharing is one of the good solution. But I think it only works with games, because it can restrict what kind of game that other family/friends play, and most importantly, those sharing prohibited to play the same game at exact time with other person. I don't think it's applicable to movie or TV.
