        In KSA, we have this "bookstore" called Jarir that basically scams people into trading their phones with newest iPhones\Galaxies but the condition they ask for your phone is like-new and they give you so little that you are better keeping your phone or selling it yourself.
        They do this with watches and everything. I would say the brands are behind this but this store chain isn't known to be cheap or even moderately priced. Even their used devices are stupidly expensive.
